The Okey Dokey café concept originated in Australia when Troy and Nöel were studying at university where they shared a passion for coffee culture and great cuisine. Troy kicked off the Okey Dokey brand café and bistro on Brisbane’s southside in 2018, strategically collocated within the campus of a major southside college, delivering top quality food offerings and excellent coffee.
Since then, Okey Dokey has expanded to multiple sites, upholding Troy’s will to let more people enjoy quality fare, and through industry partnerships with major hospitality training providers, create opportunities for younger generations to learn about coffee culture and gain important food and beverage skills and experience.
